Counselors and Leadership Workshop
Royal Ambassadors of Liberia held a Counselors and Leadership Workshop at the First Baptist Church, Oldest Congo Town, Montserrado County. Zonal coordinators, counselors, and leaders gathered for training sessions covering leadership development, communication skills, and chapter support strategies.
Participants engaged in group discussions identifying key challenges facing local chapters — including communication gaps, leadership styles, and support from local churches — and worked together on practical solutions to strengthen the RA program at the chapter level going forward.
The workshop closed with a shared meal prepared by participants, reflecting the fellowship and unity at the heart of the Royal Ambassadors mission.
